Additional Instructions/Requests: ALL VENDORS will be able to gain early access to events between 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM to allow enough time to set up. If you would like to set up a day before please contact us directly to help accommodate this request.

Please note, In the event that there is a conflict of items being sold (2 vendors selling the same item) we will reach out to you directly. Priority on who will be able to sell such time will depend on the date of receipt of vendor fee.

TAKE DOWN/CLEAN UP: ALL vendors will be required to provide a garbage can for their station. Clean up will begin as soon as the last bout has been completed.
