COACH: SERENA VANTHAVONG
Serena Vangthavong is a dedicated personal trainer whose fitness journey began through inspiration from others in the fitness community, leading her to pursue weight training and work with a bodybuilding coach. Since then, she has developed a strong passion for helping others build confidence and strength through fitness.
She competed in her first bodybuilding show in 2022, earning 1st place in Bikini Wellness and 2nd place in Bikini Diva, showcasing her discipline and commitment to the sport.
Serena is known for creating a supportive and empathetic training environment, shaped by her background in caregiving. She focuses on guided training, accountability, and personalized support, helping clients stay consistent and achieve real, lasting results—no matter their starting point.
She currently offers 1-on-1 personal training as well as a women’s cardio group class, designed to empower clients of all fitness levels.
